Invitation to contribute to national study of effective teaching and support of students from low socioeconomic status backgrounds
Professor Marcia Devlin would like to invite you to visit a new website on teaching and supporting students from low socioeconomic status backgrounds: www.lowses.edu.au<http://www.lowses.edu.au> and consider being part of the national study in this area
The website is part of a national ALTC-funded project and the team (Marcia, Professor Sally Kift, Professor Karen Nelson, Ms Liz Smith, Dr Jade McKay and Ms Juliana Ryan) are keen to have input from colleagues across the sector. We are looking in particular for exemplars of good practice in the area. If you would like your work showcased, have a look at the small number of examples we have currently in the repository and see if you would like to appear alongside these: http://www.lowses.edu.au/files/repository.htm
Queries can be directed to Project Manager, Juliana Ryan at juliana.ryan at deakin.edu.au<mailto:juliana.ryan at deakin.edu.au>
