On Monday 12 July 2010, the NHMRC officially launched the Research Help
Centre (RHC)
This new facility replaces Grantnet Help and will provide a more
responsive 'one stop shop' for you, which will deliver:
* advice on how to use the NHMRC's Research Grants Management
System (RGMS)
* information about peer review policies and guidelines
* support for researchers and institutions applying for
research funding
* access to information on research funding opportunities.
The NHMRC is committed to providing a service that will give you the
right direction first time, every time. The RHC will support you in
using our systems and services. The NHMRC is available to teach you
about RGMS and guide you to other information about applying for funding
or managing grants.
As part of our review of our assistance services, they will also develop
a Research Help Centre Webpage. This will ensure that you are informed
of any changes to ongoing operations in RGMS and the grants processes in
a timely manner.
Contacting the Research Help Centre:
You can call the RHC on:
1800 500 983
or email at help at nhmrc.gov.au .
To provide transitional support, emails sent to grant.help at nhmrc.gov.au
will be automatically re-directed to the new mailbox to capture
inquiries. The RHC will normally operate from 9.00am - 5.00pm AEST
Monday to Friday. During periods of high demand, we will extend the
operating hours as required.
