[Usyd-research-announce] ARC Discovery applications

Dear colleagues,

 

This is a special bulletin for all USyd researchers submitting an ARC
Discovery application in the current round.

 

If you haven't already done so, we would be extremely grateful if you
would please commence your application in GAMS as soon as you can,
preferably in the next 24 hours. This will be very helpful in enabling
us to track all of our applications as well as providing support to you
as you prepare the GAMS form and text pages.

 

A reminder of our preferred timelines - again it would be greatly
appreciated if you can submit in accordance with this timeline. This
enables us to manage the submission of the expected 800 applications to
ARC and NHMRC over the next month. The earlier we receive applications
the more time we have to review and provide feedback and minimise the
risk of ineligibility.

 

12 Feb - all applicants to commence in GAMS

15 Feb - all applicants to submit to the RO a complete GAMS form
together with budget justification (C2-3) and reports where required
(D2)

18 Feb - all applicants to submit a complete draft including text pages
(B10 and E), other than those still working with Merrilee, Margaret or
Tony

25 Feb - final date for all applicants to submit a complete final
version to RO (3 hard copies) and Local Submit in GAMS

If you have started an application and are not proceeding pls delete in
GAMS - left hand side menu when you are in the application.
