National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) - Pilot Study Grants / Novel
Concept Awards
Introduction: In an effort to support new ideas and encourage the

projects will have the potential for advancing scientific knowledge
and/or breaking new theoretical ground and/or challenge existing
understandings.
Eligibility: Applicants with less research experience (new
investigators) or with research experience which is outside breast
cancer, but with conceptually valid proposals, are encouraged to apply.
Applicants must be an Australian citizen or have resident status.
Amount Awarded: Maximum of $200,000 for 2 years.
Indirect Cost Recovery: This scheme is exempt from University of Sydney
indirect costs.
