Dear Parents Network Members

Thank you for joining our Network and subscribing to our mailing list.
We are currently planning our first meeting and anticipate this to
happen in late October.  We have received a few queries from part-time
staff members so we would like to try and arrange meeting days to
accommodate most members.  Could all members please reply to this email
stating the days they work and their day of preference for meetings.  We
look forward to meeting you all in the near future.
