Dear Science Teachers

Welcome back for term 2

We have upgraded our Stage 4 & 5 Resources

Many of the existing pages have been updated to
better reflect the syllabus and to ensure
currency of links. A new page on Nanotechnology is under development.

We have added a new resource to the Stage 4 & 5
section of the web site. These resources support
the Embedding of Indigenous Science into the
curriculum. The resources cover Meteorology and
the Seasons, Astronomy and Cosmology, Use of
natural Resources, Weapons and Musical
Instruments and Noise makers. The resources can
be found at

essentials, and promote it to the general public.
Their award winning BBC weekly radio programme,
The Naked Scientists, reaches a potential
audience of 6 million listeners across the east
of England, and also has an international following on the web.
