[GPlates-discuss] button to refresh the rotation file

Hi all,

I noticed that when I use GPlates intensively for renewing rotations, a 
simple "click" to refresh/reload the rotation
file would save me some time. I know I can do this by having the file 
manager opened, but I find that extra window opened
a bit annoying sometimes. Just thought that a simple REFRESH/RELOAD 
rotation file button on the main GPlates window
would be more convenient.
