[Cdio] Proposed change to the regional group leadership

Dear CDIO ANZ region members

Welcome for the new year to all our participants.

To kick off the new year, I wish to propose a change in our
leadership, namely that Duncan Campbell at QUT take on
the role of co-Chair with me of the ANZ region.

Duncan is currently very active in promoting CDIO in Australia
and New Zealand and is heavily involved with various CDIO
events and activities.

In view of his very high level of commitment to CDIO, I am making
this proposal that Duncan take on the role of co-Chair with me of
the ANZ region.

I propose that this circulation of the proposal constitutes formal
notification, and that if there are no objections by Friday 19th Feb
2010, we will take the proposal as adopted.
