[Con-ug-students] Last day today.

Dear Students. 

 

Today is the last day to un-enrol from any units of study they you do
not want to continue. Please make sure you are correctly enroled in all
subjects. Please double check your enrolment one last time and make sure
there is not a subject missing or an unwanted subject. I know that I
have sent emails before and this is repetitive but it will happen to at
least one of you so make sure it is not you. Remember that attendance to
class does not mean you are enrolled as you may be attending but are not
on the central records so please double check. 

 

Also, as the census date is about to pass the HECS & FEES office are
about to finalize all student payment options. This means that if you
have not paid your fees or supplied your tax file number when you first
enroled, you risk being canceled from your degree. If you have received
a call from the HECS office and you are yet to submit your payment/TFN
please come and see us ASAP. If you supplied your TFN when you first
enrolled you are ok but if you have transferred to a new degree you must
submit a new form. If you have any doubts, please come and see us at the
main admin office. 

 

If you have any doubts, questions or queries, please come and see us as
it is better to be safe than sorry. This email was meant to be sent
yesterday afternoon but due to the blackout it was not. As a result if
you do not get this email until Tuesday night and you are having
problems un-enroling, come and see us first thing Wednesday morning and
we will try and fix it for you.
