[Con-ug-students] Census Date

 Dear Students,

 

Just a reminder that the last date to add a subject to you enrolment is
this Friday the 13th (Spooky) of March. Please check your enrolment on
MyUni and confirm that you are correctly enroled in all chosen subjects.
If you have any doubts please come and see me. It is better to be safe
than sorry and easier for me too. Therefore you would be doing me a
favour so please double check your enrolment for both of us. 

 

Attendance in a class does not mean you are officially enroled. Make
sure you are on the official role for each class and the teacher is
recording your attendance. You can double check this by checking your
enrolment on MyUni and making sure you are correctly enroled in each
subject. This means you can avoid any unnecessary absent fail marks.

 

Also the last date to drop a unit of study is the 31st of March. You
should be able to make all changes through MyUni. Once the census date
has passed you are locked into any subject you are enrolled in,
financially & academically. You can still withdraw from any subject up
to the 31st of March but if you withdraw after the census date your mark
will be recorded as DNF - Discontinue Not Fail.  

 

If you have any questions or doubts please contact me ASAP. My office is
near the main entrance to Verbruggen Hall, just next to the stairs.
