ICLS Workshops
· A short listing of the optional pre-conference workshops is available at http://www.isls.org/icls2012/program/#workshops
· For full descriptions please see the ICLS Workshops listing<http://www.isls.org/icls2012/downloads/Workshops.doc> (word doc).
Workshop registrations close May 1, unless otherwise indicated. To attend a workshop, you must also register to attend the main conference. Workshop registration and payment takes place through the main conference registration system at the time of registering .
Some workshops may also require further pre-conference participation/application (see the ICLS Workshops listing<http://www.isls.org/icls2012/downloads/Workshops.doc> (word doc) for details). Confirmation of the workshop proceeding and/or acceptance of application to participate will be sent out to registrants in mid-May. If participants are not accepted, or a workshop will not run, the workshop fee will be refunded to the same card used for payment.
Please note, you may need to refresh the ICLS website to update and see recent changes to the site.
ICLS Social Event
Your registration with ICLS2012 includes your ticket to the Gala Opening reception on the night of Tuesday July 2, 2011. This reception will include canapés and alcoholic and non-alcoholic refreshments. If you require additional guests for the reception, these can be purchased during the online registration process.
Your attendance is optional (but highly encouraged) at our other social highlight - the Thursday Night Dinner and Cruise. The best things come in threes - join us for a three-hour cruise on Sydney Harbour, including a three course dinner, drinks (more than three, it's up to you!) and the evening's entertainment.
We will be cruising with Sydney Showboats and have chartered the boat for the exclusive use of ICLS 2012. The cruise will leave from Darling Harbour at 7.15pm sharp and attendees will need to make their way there for 7pm. (The last conference activity on Thursday will be at 5.30pm and Darling Harbour is a 10 minute walk from the city centre, or a 10 minute cab ride from the conference venue.)
Registration and payment for the cruise takes place through the main conference registration system at the time of registering and places are limited (some tickets may also be available at the conference, at an increased cost). We look forward to dancing the night away with you all!
Online Conference Registration
Online conference registration will go live by 5pm Tuesday (EDT/Sydney time) at http://www.isls.org/icls2012/submit/
Online registration will be available from Feb 21st. It will close at midnight on June 1st.
Registration at the conference will be available at an increased rate. Please note, you must be an ISLS member in 2012 to attend the conference. http://www.isls.org/membership.html
